Eclaır Sauce
Daphne Eclair Sauce is a topping for eclairs and pasties with excellent taste and appearance.
Direction for Use : Melt in bain-marie until well blended and good consistency, Recommended application temperatures are beetwenn 40-45 C. It can also be used for decoratice purposes by pouring on a marble surface.
Package : 7 kg x4 plastic pails = 28 kg carton box.
