Ice Cream Emulsıfıer

Description : Daphne ice cream emulsifier is a mix of emulsifer & stabilizer which helps to obtain more volume and also to keep the homogenous structure of the ice cream.

Direction for Use : Daphne ice cream emulsifier is used as an emulsifier and stabilizer for production of ice cream. According to the product , it is recommended to add 3-4% of Ice Cream Emulsifier to the mixture.
